1. Our Policy

TikSnap respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our service acts as a technical intermediary: it processes public TikTok links and does not host or redistribute content on its own servers beyond the time necessary to complete the download. Nevertheless, if you are a rights holder and believe our service facilitates unauthorized access to your content, you may send us an infringement notice following the procedure described below.

2. How to Submit an Infringement Notice

To submit an infringement notice, write to us at tiksnap.es@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL) on our site.
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
4. A statement of good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How We Respond

We will address all valid notices within a maximum of 48 business hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

As part of our repeat infringer policy, we will permanently block access to the Service (by IP address and other technical identifiers) for anyone who accumulates three valid notices within a six-month period.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe the material removed was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to tiksnap.es@gmail.com. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you acted in good faith, and your contact information so the rights holder can respond. We will evaluate each counter-notification and restore the material if appropriate.
